David Arthur was born as a man but lived as a "female" prostitute in Philadelphia, PA for many years. Growing up without a Dad, David was sexually abused by multiple men in his life.
Discovering that the more David acted like a girl, the more attention he got, David decided that he should have been born a girl. David began seeking attention any way that he could get it.
Addict to sex and mind-altering drugs, David found himself on his death bed with full blown aids and osteoporosis. But David did not die. This is his story of coming back to life.
